Role: Project Support Consultant (Sales & Customer Support)
Location: Hyderabad,Tirupati & Vijayawada
No of positions: 3
Eligibility: UG/PG and any field in Biosciences
(0-5 years experience Final-year Students can also apply)
About the Role:
As a Project Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in bridging innovative Biologix solutions with our
customers’ research, drug discovery and advanced diagnostics needs. This position offers an exciting
opportunity to build relationships with clients, assist them in seamlessly progressing their projects, and make
meaningful contributions to their success.
Probation Period: 6 Months, Based on the best performance the Candidates will be subjected to permanent
employment
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate sales leads by understanding market trends and client requirements.
● Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring high levels of
satisfaction.
● Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products, instruments, or services.
● Travel locally to meet clients, build connections, and expand the customer base.
● Collaborate with the internal technical and operations team to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
● Provide after-sales support, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
● Must possess a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for local travel.
● Must possess a own laptop.
● Strong local connections and an ability to build rapport with clients.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
